Hi Balan,
If you are completely new ot LabVIEW, i would suggest to start with the on-line 3 hours tutorial. You can also get the self-pace manuals for LabVIEW 8 which will walk your through learning how to program in the enviroment.
As far as specific books for programming RF in LabVIEW, there are several helpful on-line document and tutorials. At this time, there is no RF book for LabVIEW, but if you are familiar with programming in LabVIEW then implementing the RF vis will not be too complicated.
Links that might be helpful:
There will be instructor led classroom RF class scheduled soon, but for more detail information about the class please contact Customer Education.
I hope this help.

Hi Balan,
You can also start by investigating the instruments that you would like to use. You can go into the Labview forum and do some searches. Many of us have RF experience. LV is a wonderful tool. You will learn it in no time. You can also find out from your local NI rep when they give basic LV (into) courses. They are usually half days and very good to break the ice.
