Help abt reading files+ni 5640R

I am Sreenivasulu.i am using LabVIEW 8.2 and Hardware ni 5640R card(version 1.1).
i need to generate some modulated signal.i have provide input to other system from my ni 5640R DAC output.
i have some modulated signal files(.dat,txt,csv Etc).can i read this files into my hardware.(like stream from disk.VI)
if there any like this procedure please help me.
