In my last post I mentioned SMTDotNetWrapper.zip, I really mean Resourceeng.dll which I see in NISMT260/SupportFiles Folder. There is no SMTDotNetWrapper.zip.

Modulation Toolkit and Spectral Measurements Toolkit both have C APIs that can be used from compilers such as Visual C++.  These C APIs are included in the respective installers.

Modulatioin Toolkit and Spectral Measurements Toolkit both have .NET wrappers that help with using them from VB .NET and C#.  There is a post later in this thread that provides a link to the location of these wrappers.
