NI Modular System VS Agilent

we are going to buy either NI based modular system or Agilent for our RF development team. Please advice me on this. I will appreciate if you could help me with a head to head comparison of both in terms of TCO and felxibility. I look forward to your response.

it is only fair to compare solutions if you can give more details about your intended application. I understand that you may not be free to speak about the details, but a general requirements (such as freqeuency/bandwidth/power ranges, generation/acquisition requirements, standard and non-standard algorithms requirements, etc. )

Anything you can share would help you in obtaining a more fair comparison.
