Any available solution for recording signals with 500MHz bandwidth with expected power signals around -150 dBm?

Operating frequency is around 4GHz.

What available hardware modules can be use?

Hello,

The only RF instrument we have with a bandwidth of 500MHz or greater is the PXIe-5668R:

The signal power may be a problem however, as the noise floor at 4GHz is specified to be -161dBm/Hz.  So for a bandwidth of 500MHz, you would see a noise floor of -162dBm +87dB, or approx -75dBm.  You would need to amplify the signal.
