I am using the equipament Tektronix afg3021c with the aim of vary frequency but, sometimes, the output channel in generator switch off in the middle of execution of program and show an peak in the samples, How can I resolve this ?

Sure, the communication is OK, when I simulate my code occur intermittent event, sometimes the output is offline. I put a video here to you see better
