i want the specification manual for NI PXIe 5611

hany,
NI doesn't have a specifications manual for the PXIe-5611 by itself. What is available are the PXIe-5673 Specifications, which include this devices operation specifications.
Are you trying to use this device without pairing it with a PXIe-5450/1? If so, how are you planning to provide the required signal to the upconverter? If not, the above-mentioned specifications should be exactly what you need.

i want use the 5611 at the first stage of first up converter with use 5450 then use another 5611 in second stage to up convert the IF1 to RF

i don't know what the range of input IF to 5611

Hello,
The PXIe-5611 does not use an IF input. It uses baseband I and Q inputs (differential).

are there upconverter device take baseband signal and upconverted it to IF then use another upconverter take IF and output RF signal
also we want to can adjust this value of the first IF and adjust the value of RF output and also adjust the value of the IF input of the another upconverter device

The NI PXI-5610 RF upconverter is an IF to RF upconverter.
It takes in a single-ended IF signal and performs RF upconversion to frequencies up to 2.7 GHz. The IF input must be centered between 15-35 MHz. The RF output can be set from 250 kHz - 2.7 GHz.

can i adjust the input IF and output RF for 5610 and how
also i want the manual for 5610

You can adjust the PXI-5610 IF input signal to fall between 15-35 MHz. The IF input range of the PXI-5610 cannot be changed from this 15-35 MHz span.
The PXI-5610 would be controlled via calls to the NI-RFSG instrument driver for NI's RF signal generator products.
There is no PXI-5610 only manual. The PXI-5610 is part of NI's PXI-5670, 5671, and 5672 2.7 GHz RF signal generators, whose manuals are available here:
