What NI RF signal generator are you using? Is it a vector signal generator like the 567x series? Or, a CW generator like the 565x series?

Hi Abhishek,

I am using 567x series, all I wanted to know is can I add noise to analog modulated signal and only cw signal? Can I have control over the noise that I want to include along with modulating signal for modulation?

Hi Santosh,

You could use the MT Add AWGN.vi that is included with the Modulation Toolkit to do this:

If you don't have the Modulation Toolkit, you should be able to use other LabVIEW functions to add this noise in software.
