-2519 error trying to create a TDMS file

Hi All.

I have seen this problem a couple of times now, so I wanted to give an update. Here is what we did to troubleshoot the issue:

1) We maded sure the path was correct, and not using signs like : and /.

2) A customer reported that it could fix the issue to completely recreate the VI from scratch. I have tried that, but the error still shows up.

3) The TDMS files on the host might be corrupt. These files are copied to the RIO when installing software on the target, so we tried to repair them. This did not solve the problem.

Solution

4) In the end, it turns out to be a resource problem! You should try to only install the minimum software required by your application. In fact, installing Scan Engine Support on the 9073 is really heavy, so I would recommend to use the FPGA instead.

I found the same solution. When I installed the identical code onto a cRIO-9074 with more momory, it worked fine. Thank you for verifying the correct solution.
