9074 lose connection by software installation

Hi, does anybody know this problem? if install software packages from NI-RIO 2013 to my 9074 I always loosing the connection to my cRIO. The Installation isn't complete after loosing the connection. anybody know this problem?

have you tried formatting your cRIO? If not, try this first and see if you can install the drivers afterwards. An instruction to format your device is given in the following link:
