Analog data acquisition using NI 5761

Hi, I have been trying to acquire analog data using NI 5761. I have followed the instructions in the NI 5761- Getting Started example as described in the manual of the 5761. But when giving a sinewave generated directly from an AWG, the examples shows the following error: 

status code : -61017, Source: Open FPGA VI reference in NI 5761 - getting started PXIe-796XR (Host).vi 

I am using the 5761 with an FPGA module PXIe-7966R. I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Anindya,

I've also got this error sometimes and in my case was because I had different

bitfiles asigned, on one hand, inside the "Build Specifications" and, on the other

hand on the "Open a fpga a reference" vi inside the host vi.

My suggestion is to compile/build again and then ensure than the resulting compilation

bitfile is the same in the two cases.
