As the title. I need to record the time when last rising edge happened to measure the ange of a rotating axle with an one pluse per tun signal. Can NI-9361 record the last rise edge time?

Can you provide more information about the signal?
It is possible that there is no direct way to do that and there will be needed some calculations.
