Can i use CRIO-9014, 9233 module and sound and vibration assistant 6.0 for counducting an impact hammer test to obtain FRF'S? Are there examples already available which use compactrio in impact hammer test rather than DAQmx?

Unfortunately, neither the Sound and Vibration Assistant, nor Signal Express have routines to directly interface with CompactRIO.
A simple solution would be to purchase a small cDAQ chassis and use the Sound and Vibration Assistant with USB.

I would also recommend an upgrade to the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite to provide the latest, including several examples for FRF.
If you have some time for programming the CompactRIO, you might consider the reference design that produces TDMS files:
https://forums.ni.com/t5/Example-Code/Embedded-High-Speed-Data-Logger-Reference-Design/ta-p/3996474
This reference however, uses the 9234 as compared to the 9233.
The Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite (and assistant) can read TDMS files produced by the CompactRIO vibration recorder.
Hope this helps.
