Can't load software to cRIO

Max ver. 4.6.1f0, NI-cRIO9073-...

In MAX, under Remote Systems, Devices & Interface I see my chassis as RIO0. And under Remote Systems, I see a + next to Software. Clicking the + shows nothing under it. Using the Add/Remove Software, I have tried to add software several times, got success message, but the software never shows up under the + sign.

I have recently upgraded from LabVIEW 8.6 to 8.6.1 and have NI-RIO 3.2.1 now.

Have you used this cRIO before successfully? In addition, is all the required software (LVFPGA, Real-Time and NI-RIO) installed on your PC?
