Are you using hybrid scan engine with some modules in FPGA mode and others in scan? Or pure scan mode? Have you deployed your chassis settings to the Single-Board RIO device? Another customer had a similar issue documented here, and they resolved their issue by reloading software onto their device. It was suspected they had an invalid software configuration that caused that error.
