I'm running several processes in parallell on a cRIO 9004. I have noticed that execution speed increases with a factor of 10 when I change the parameter "ESys.StdNParallell" in "NI-RT.ini"-file from "1" to "0". Why does my program run faster with single threading enabled and whats the drawback it?
