Connection Problem with sbRio 9606

Hi all,
I have an issue with my sbRIO 9606.
I can't connect it to Measurement & Automation Explorer (version 15.0)

When turned on, power led is on steady:

Every ~15 seconds Status led turns on:

The behavior is the same as clicking reset button.

MAX doesn't notice this sbRIO, and I don't even know its IP address

I don't know how to resolve this.

I have been having a similar problem with a whole set of 9606 boards.  I try to communicate in Max - but it is not discovered and it doesn't report back an IP address.  I have done everything I have read on the forums, but no luck.  The only difference is my Status LED stays lit and doesn't blink.

Reset and try and discover in Max

Shutoff firewall

Delete all previous configurations and retry
