Debugging LabVIEW-code when targetting RT-system doesn't work for dynamic VIs

Is there a way to "add" dynamic VIs when targetting RT-system. If they are "normal" VIs I could always hide them in a case-statement that never executes. This can, however, not be done if I'm calling a template VIs (.vit). Any suggestions?
