Error while using NI Rotary Inverted Pendulum

 I am facing some problems while  I am using NI Rotary inverted Pendulum.In its program file, the Pendulum side encoder is not giving any output signal or not tracking the reference signal given by the motor_side_encoder (number one).

Please see the attached error images for your reference. Kindly check and help me to solve this issue.
