External VGA Display on Smart camera

Hello. I am trying to display acquired image on external VGA monitor connected to the smart camera.

Displaying image on the host computer looks fine but when I displayed on the connected monitor, the image has a lot of distortion.

I tried non-tearing display and image mapping but both of them didn't work for me.

I guess this is because of the resolution problem but I do not know how to fix it.

Here I attach screen shot of my vi.

Could you please tell me any recomendation?

Thank you.

It seems like it could be related to the resolution. Which Smart Camera are you using? Also, are you seeing this behavior on multiple monitors? In other words, are we sure it is the image from the camera and not the monitor? Let me know.

I am using 1772C camera. I tried several monitors but it looked same.

And yes I am sure the displayed image is from the smart camera.

When I put default window number rather than 15, it showed just image from the camera in new window (on development computer monitor) without distortion.

It seems like the displayed image has a lot of shift. Could you please tell me how I can fix this resolution problem?

Thank you.

Is there any other distortion aside from the shifting? Are you seeing color distortion?
