I coded an aplication that uses the controller cRIO 9030 (RealTime, It is not allowed to use fpga) to generate a square signal of variable frequency between 1 and 400 Hz.
When I measure the output (NI 9375), it give me the square signal up to 50 Hz, after that the output is not capable of giving me an adequate response.
