Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to generate .so file through Development Tools for NI Linux Real-Time 2017, Eclipse Edition?
I have read several tutorials but there are only one tutorial talking about generate an executable "Hello World" which is not useful enough.
I just want to figure out how I can implement C code in CompactRIO 9049. Also in this tutorial https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YGvGCAW&l=en-US, it implements a simple Add function in Linux Real-Time targets, but no one tells how to generate that .so file.
It would be really helpful if someone can provide a step by step tutorial.
Thanks,
Jingyang

Hello Jingyang,
I imagine the "Hello World" example that you speak of is this link? What in this document do you need to be expanded upon?
