How to implement high-level controller with labview

For example, how to program a 10th order robust controller with LabVIEW? Can I discretize the continuous form of a robust controller into a differential form,and then use the shift register to calculate the output of the robust controller?

you can program anything, however giving some more context on the control algorithm would give a better idea of how to help
