OOps!
Does that mean that I have to recompile the project and install new version on 9072?

Hi Sergey,
You shouldn't need to recompile to view these settings as long as the cRIO is connected. You mention the w32time service which is a windows time service - when this checks on the windows machine is that when the cRIO hanging issues occur? if so would you be able to disable it (if your machines don't require it). The following link explains how to do this, just search for "disable" to get to the right part in the document.
Thanks,

Rob,
that is the problem we do not have LabView installed on that PC on a plant. It has only required drivers and MAX. Is there another way how to do it?
Regarding W32Time my colleague has mentioned that he tried to disable time service in Windows with no luck but we will take more carefull look into it this time.
I do not know if it is related but the same PC is used for NI Vision application(involves Ethernet camera connected exactly the same way via fiber optics). But it uses separate Network card for it and IP for 9072 is static. The PC does not have an access to the other local or global networks.

Hi Sergey,
Sadly the only way to check that is from the LabVIEW project, for now we will assume the project and controller code works without issue and concentrate on the networking side. The NI Vision software shouldn't make a difference nor the multiple network cards but heres a few things to check:
I can't think of anything else right now that could be causing the issue, but I will keep looking!
All the best,

Rob,
1) Firewall is turned off
2) We did not check it to be working for prolonged period of time on other mashines (The working code was made 1 hour before shipment as usual).
3) Fiber optics is converted to wired Ethernet on both ends.
4) We will check how it is connected but as faras I am aware it is Full duplex 100Mb/s. We will ask the to check it and correct it according to the link provided.
5) It is hanging up at about the same time 22.00 almost every day it runs 24/7. SometimestheInternet explorer is turned off and if the isue with 9072 happensand IE has been started it shows hanged up picture.
Thanks for the speedy answers. Hope we could figure out the problem.
We will try to connect our laptop next time we will be on a plant and will try to monitor the events. Possibly we will try another PC for it as well.

Hi Sergey,
No problems be great to get this sorted ASAP for you, its unusual that its the same time every day even when the program isn't started at the same time (which is what led me to believe its a memory leak) but it would be good to rule that out if we could! If you could try it on another machine with nothing on it except the OS and the program that would be great to rule any operating system differences/issues out.
Hopefully one of those will show a good result then we can move forward and solve the underlying issue,
All the best,
