Hi
Is it possible for an R-series FPGA (7841) to do a self-reset?
The reason I am asking is that I want to do a FPGA reset in case the host application should crash unexpectedly. The host should send a 'heartbeat' once in a while, and if the FPGA has not received any heartbeats for a long time, i.e. the host probably crashed, the FPGA should go into a known state for safety reasons. I know there is other ways to achieve this but this would be super easy to implement if this feature is supported.
