Keithley 2000 multimeter always responds "NDVC+011.9778E+0"

Hello,

I'm a student of the KHBO university. We have a problem during a lab exercise using the GBIP interface with a KEITHLEY 2000 multimeter.
It always responds "NDVC+011.9778E+0", where 11.9778 is the measured DC voltage. Even when we try the IDN command using a query, the measured voltage is shown.
When we tried this again using a Tektronix TDS 210 digital oscilloscope, it answers properly. The scope is working perfectly.
Anyone who knows what we're doing wrong?

I forgot to mention we're using a PC with a PCI-MIO-16E-4 GBIP controller card.
Labview 7.1 with measurement and automation explorer, full installation.

Hi nsn,

I don't know if you are using the instruments driver for the Keithley bit if not, you can find it there.

The instruments driver is a set of High level VI to communicate directly with the Device you use. To know what an instruments driver is you can consult this article.
