LabVIEW FPGA: NI-COBS An internal software error has occurred.

Hi.! I am new in this comunity ...  i am a student and we are introducing in FPGA but i have a problem when i compile the program. i don´t know what is the problem.. the error is:

LabVIEW FPGA called another software component, and that component returned the following error:
NI-COBS: An internal software error has occurred.

      Some questions to understand the background on your application:

1 Which is the target (the hardware, eg myRIO, CompactRIO) that you are trying to program?

2 Are you using LabVIEW FPGA to program this FPGA?

3 How are you compiling the FPGA? 

4 Maybe a screenshot of this error would also be useful here

I'm guessing you're using the Spartan3E or DEFB target?

What OS and what version of LabVIEW? Windows 10 is not supported, so that may be your issue.
