Labview FPGA compile error

I am using Labview 8.6.1 FPGA module to program sbRIO 9632. I have written one program to access FPGA I/O. I was able to run the program few times. Initially FPGA compile server was taking 45 minutes to complie. After some compilations , it began to take more that 2-3 hours to compile same program ( I aborted the compilation after 2.5 hrs). Then I repaired the FPGA module. After that if I try to run any FPGA program ( even very simple programs) it is giving following error and aborting the program. ========================================================================= * HDL Analysis * ========================================================================= Analyzing Entity in library (Architecture ). I know you just repaired your installation, but that appears to be an installation issue.  Try removing and reinstalling the LabVIEW FPGA compile server.

Thanks. I reinstalled FPGA module , compile server and Xilinx tools and now it is working fine.
