Letter of volatility for PXI(PCI)-8331

Hi,

I have searched NI's website as well as these forums for a letter of volatility for PXI-8331 but I have been unable to find one. Same document is needed for a PCI-8331 but since these two differ just by bus type I am guessing the document will just have a PCI instead of PXI. Can someone here provide the documentation needed? I would very much appreciate it.

NI has failed to provide this letter of volatility for their PXI-8331 which is preventing this equipment

from being utilized at our facility. It has been requested thru other channels as well as still nothing!

I’m not sure what other channels you requested through, but I’d be happy to get you that information. Can I have you permission to pull your email address from our database so that I can email it to you? Thanks for your response. Yes, you can access my email info from NI's database.

The other channel used by our engineers was 

http://www.ni.com/support.

Info was provided but it wasn't on NI letterhead.

Presenting this LOV info to the government for their review and approval would be unacceptable

as the source of the LOV would be unknown.
