Looking for right DAQmx drivers for Realtime system

Hi, all.

I've recently replaced the realtime controller in my PXI system, which has a PXIe-6363 and 4461 card I need to communicate with. I am getting error messages in MAX suggest I have the wrong version of the DAQmx software installed. It appears that the version on the PXI realtime controller is NI-DAQmx 23.0.0.49365-0+f213 based on the "software" dropdown menu for the PXI controller remote system in MAX. 

However, when I try to get info on the 6363 and 4461 cards, I get an error message that states the incompatible driver on the system is NI-DAQmx 23.0.0f212.

Neither of these driver versions appear to bring up any results doing either a google search or an NI website search. Does anyone have any info on what particular drivers versions are being referenced here?

NI-DAQmx 23.0.0 is 2023 Q1. Make sure you have the same driver version on both remote real-time system and host PC.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried both DAQmx 2023 Q1 and Q3, still get the same issue.

Are there other updates I would need to do for specific PXI cards?

Did you try on BOTH host PC and remote system? The key is that both host PC and remote system need to have the same driver version.

Both PXIe-6363 and PXI-4461 are supported in NI-DAQmx 2023. You can cross check at NI Hardware and Software Operating System Compatibility
