I need to perform some simple measurements (peak-to-peak, DC offsets, frequency) on a handful of LVDS signals. I am just looking to verify "liveness" and safe-to-mate by measuring the output voltages on these signals. I need a DAQ that has differential inputs with at least +/-500mV and >5MHz. If possible, I'd also like a device that can output an LVDS signal as well to test some input lines. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
