Measure Novotechnik TR50 using Ni 9217

Hi,

i have novotechnik TR50 a potentiometer to measure linear displacement. The nominal resistance for this sensor is 5000 ohm.

Can I use Ni 9217 to measure this sensor (0 to 400 ohm)? My worry is both have a different ohm.

Please advise before I buy ni9217.

Hi Jason,

I think the 9219 is a better option for you. Its signal range is 0 to 10k ohm.
