Motion control: UMI 7764 has no signal when MAX doing a motion

Hello,

I would like to ask for support on the question as stated in title.

Background:

I have connect a 7342 card to PC with UMI 7764.  After I install all the software correctly, I run the MAX (measurement & automation explorer) with right configuration.  UMI7764 has power supplied.

Problem:

I then setup the MAX to run the motor in 1-D interative.  After press start, the normal outcome be the Step & DIR having signal output.  But, it has not.  Surely, the servo motor connected (through the motor drive) does not move.

So,  can you help me to solve the problems
