My PCI-MIO-16E-4 card is emitting a high squealing sound! (~3.5kHz)

Hi, this morning our A/D board strated emitting a quite loud squealing noise.  The noise is easily heard across the room from the computer the card is installed in.

Before a reboot, all of our recordings contained a large ~3.5kHz waveform., After rebooting, the noise continues, but the card can no longer be initialized, and the NI Test Suite cannot find the card. When moved to another PC, the same noise is emitted.

The serial number of the board seems to be:  BBD3BE. How do we go about having it repaired?

It is typically recommended to call for support with issues involving faulty devices in need of repair.  You can contact our customer service line at (800) 531-5066.  Support via phone is recommended because the RMA process can be easily set up in addition to performing any final troubleshooting steps.
