NI 9505 control Problem

Hi, I have questions about NI 9505 with connection of Chassis cRIO9074. I run LABVIEW FPGA demo code to control the motors. When I click the reset button, the motor will be speed up quickly and stopped. The position error count is 32767. When I turn around the motor, the encoder value will be increased and decreased. When the count number reaches -32767, I can feel a strong force from the motor, but the motor cannot hold. I want to known what wrong with this. Thanks

Hi Jc,

Could you please provide me with a few more details?  Which example program are you trying to run?  Does the fault light on the 9505 light up?  Are you able to command it do to a simple move with other example programs?  What version of LabVIEW are you running?  Also, what do you mean by the motor cannot hold--does it stop moving?  How many bits is your encoder?
