NI cRIO 9047 and Analog input (NI9232) and output (NI9263) devices are not detecting in the Blank Project

Hello NI Community,

I have a NI cRIO 9047 and Analog input (NI 9232) and output (NI 9263) device. I can see all the devices in the NI MAX and abled to do the test in the test panel. Please see the attached image.

But, once I start creating a Blank Project, the check box for "Discover an existing target(s) or device(s)" are not activated. Please see the attached image. 

I got stuck in this for many day. Can you please suggest me the solution?
