Octave filter resets with sound card acquisition

Hi,
I am trying to use the Presonus Firebox sound card as an acquisition device. In the simple sound level meter VI found in examples, I have replaced the DAQ VIs with sound acquire VIs. I can't figure out why the exponential averaging restarts every couple of seconds and resets the 1/3 octave filters. Am I not using the sound acquire VIs properly? from inspecting the data with the probe, I can't see that any samples are being lost. If there are

Unfortunately I cannot determine just from seeing the screenshot what exactly is going on - could please you post the VI you are using?
