I am using NI-MAX to install software on my cRIO 9066. All proceeds normally until the system restart. Here I get a "Operation time out" error, whereafter I m not able to contact the RT via NI-MAX (probably because the installation failed). Screen shots along the way are attached.
I have tried a couple of times without luck and I dont understand the error. Hence I would really appreciate help

Hi Jesper,
Check that the host computer is on the same subnet as the cRIO. You can directly connect the cRIO to the host computer instead of using the network. A firewall or switch may be blocking traffic.
You will need to set a static IP address for the cRIO and the host computer, and make sure that they are on the same subnet. You will also want to verify that you have the same version of all the required software. LabVIEW 2024, RealTime 2024, FPGA 2024, cRIO 2024. NI recommends that you install the software in that order.
