Profibus interface with Siemens drive

i want to interface comsoft profibus hardware using NI cRIO 9024 chassis with Siemens control card 320-2dp hardware. we sent command but no response. it has been programmed in starter software and command by Siemens plc. but now we want to connect it with cRIO.

Could you please give further information on your system and your configuration? Which device is master, which one is slave? Are you using the Comsoft PROFIBUS module for cRIO?
