RIO eEval Kit is not communicating with my PC

RIO eEval Kit is not communicating with my PC running windows 10 connected with CROSSOVER CABLE.When I run setup utility on the hardware detection following message is seen:

The error code in the screenshot is different from the error code you entered as text here. 

could you tell us the order in which you see the error messages popping up?
