RT upgrade on cRIO

I have a cRIO-9004 with chassis 9101, i'd like to upgrade its Labview RT software from 8.0 to 8.2.

Labview 8.2 is installed on host computer, including RT module, RIO and FPGA.

But MAX doesn't let me upgrade the software on the cRIO because:

"LabVIEW Real-Time 8.2 requires LabVIEW RT Common 8.2"

What is RT Common and how do i get it?

To fix the issue you can try to go to Control Panel;  open Add or Remove Software; select National Instruments Software and click on Change|Remove. From the scroll down menu choose Ni LabVIEW Real Time Module and click on the Repair button.

I've seen that document. I repaired installation of Real-Time 8.2 (it also asked for RIO 2.4 and Fieldpoint CDs, i provided them too).

But nothing changed, still same error
