Real-time monitoring of power system analysis, unsure about any controllability

Need to view real-time parameters of the generation(which consists of a slip-ring induction motor and synchronous generator), transmission lines(where I characterise the lines for harmonic distortions, voltage variations, voltage spikes, high frequency disturbances, blackouts, phase faults, etc) and load(which consists of synchronous generator, driven by a DC motor, stabilised by an Automatic Voltage Regulator). This system must measure RMS and Peak Voltages and Currents, VA, VAR's, Watts, Power Factor, Spectral Analysis, Sag/Swell, Harmonics, Crest Factor, Distortion power factor, True Power, Phase Balance, Vector Plot, Waveform Capture(Waveform tracking, RMS level, Max/Min, Timed, Digital,
Manual), etc. I've got a AC current-, AC Voltage-, Active Power- and Reactive Power Transducer. Don't know which DAQ board, signal conditioning, breadboard connector and ribbon I/O cable to use for this type of application.
