Reinstalling software on a chassis

The status LED flashes twice on my NIcRIO-9074, this indicates a problem with software on the chassis. How do i reinstall the software on the chassis.

Thanks for your response, I reinstalled the software. Now, when I click on the device under remote systems it is saying in system state: connected - safe mode (software update required). How do I get this update for the compact rio.

Hmmm... a year and no answer?  O well...  I encountered the same on a new 9074 chassis using 8.6 - 3.0.1 (bios rev 2.5).  interesting that total and free disk space are both 0. Formated and reinstalled 3.5.1 software for labview 2010.  Now it is happy... and it reports 488MB disk space.

Re-installed 3.0.1 and the problem returned.  it worked again with 3.1.0, so I believe 3.0.1 is a problem release.

Fortunately I'm moving this project to 2010 and it's 3.5.1 version of software.
