How do you get in touch with an application engineer at NI?

I have a potential application and I would like to see if an NI solution makes sense.  In the past you could reach out to your regional application assistance / sales team and work through what is the best options for your application, but I can find NOTHING on the website that is anything like that?

Where do you go to get pre-sale assistance?

Is there anyway to get pre-sale application engineering support; I would like to talk about our application and make sure that a complete suite of NI products will work before purchase.
