Second sample value from NI9223 always 0

Hello.

I am using cRIO-9012 and an analog input module NI9223 to collect data from my measurement setup at a sampling rate 1MS/s. I am collection a large batch of samples (10 million) and transfering them synchronously to my Windows PC for further processing via FIFO. 

Almost always, but not completely always, the value of my second sample is 0.

Does someone have logical explanation about this behavior?

Hi Nikola

Your behavior sounds tricky. Have you checked you have no buffer underflow? Look for a warning or error in the error cluster.

If you have no error or warning, so please create  screen shot from your Code with Edit>> Creat Vi Snippet from Selection 

and poste it.
