Suitable Configuration for IPC-610H to use PCI-quad04

I have an industrial computer from Advantech's manufacturer. My project is to control and gathers data by using PCI-quad04 card combined with Matlab Simulink in realtime. But through the process, my computer is shut down frequently. I don't know where are the problem here. Although I have changed the configuration of the computer, but nothing happens. So, I want to know the suitable config of this.

- I used Windows 7 and Matlab 2018b

- IPC-610H, 12GB rams, HDD 1TB

Could you please explain why this query was posted on an NI Forum? (I don't see any NI products involved in your issue)
