USB 4065 resistance measurement

I am using USB 4065 multi-meter to measure the electrical resistance of the my sample (2-wire). I wonder if it is possible to change the reading rate in Instrument Studio? Right now it is about 5 data points per second, I would like to increase it to 20 points, or as close as possible.

Have you tried going into channel settings and setting a resistance range, then changing the resolution digits?  The device will be able to capture faster at fewer digits of resolution.  Will your use case support this?

Yes, I did. Changing a resistance range and resolution digits gave me up to 10 data points per second. I wonder if there is a way to modify it quantitatively?
