Unresponsive crio

I m having an issue with 9074 crio and that issue is that when I run my app on the crio, one of the initialization
task that needs to happen be open file that has information for the app to run with. The app appears to be unresponsive
and it appears to be on the opening of the file. I have already tested the information of the files on another couple crio 9074 it ran fine with no errors.

There are also numbers that are calculated which are in fact wrong.
This number calculated should be 15848 but yields 2147483647.
That number is the max number for a 32 bit integer, does that mean there are some overflow issues? Or is that an error code?

Even NI Max has problems connecting to it and when it does NI Max will be unresponsive then crash.
Before it crashes it has the Inconsistent IP Settings message. I can still connect to the RTOS with FTP and view files.

It seems like to begin with there are some connectivity issues with your cRIO, to begin looking into that I would recommend looking into the steps mentioned in the following document

let us know if you are able to go through the steps, or if some of these give you issues, if you can provide screen captures of the issues it might also be useful.
