Hello, I am trying to plot the VI characteristics of the bipolar junction transistor using NI USB DAQ 6009. How can I fix the value of base current ?. I have swept the value of collector emitter voltage.
By "fix the value of the base current" do you mean you want to programatically set a current? There's a couple ways to do that the simplest of which would be to use a resistor on the base and apply an appropriate voltage.
