Hello together,
I have a simulink model which I want to run on a cRIO 9014 (OP is VxWorks) device. The model contains CAN Inputs and Outputs.
I know that a must convert the model into a shared library, than upload the converted model to the fpga and use a CAN modul to assure the CAN communication. The control of the fpga VI happens with a host VI via simulation interface toolkit on my Windows computer.
Now I want your help first concerning the system requirements on the cRIO and on my Windows PC : which software I need to install and where ?

Have a look at this tutorial:

Post back if you have any questions after reading through it.

Thank you for your reply !
Actually my problem concerns now the simulation interface toolkit (and his system requierements) and his interaction with the fpga.
More precisely what do I need to download a simulink model on the fpga and how to link my CAN inputs/outputs in the model with the CAN module inputs/outputs ?
thank you in advance !

I don't think it's really straightforward. Have a look at this post by James:
